Friendly service. This was my first visit here and explained all of the options - yes, it's donuts, but every place does things a little differently. I got a dozen. Tasty fillings and very fresh donuts! They also have Kolaches which are like doughy pastries filled with various things. Yum! Definitely going back soon!

The donuts are awesome, and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back again. 10 out of 10

I literally just came from the new Kristi Kreme that opened up in Colorado Springs and had one of their donuts and was so disappointed, however, it made me think of how much better shipleys donuts are! And felt the need to brag! :) Any morning I stop by before work, my donuts are always warm and fluffy and delicious! 10/10 everytime! ❤️

Sometimes the tone of the employees is a little offputting (to be fair I'm only there super early), and sometimes (again early in the morning) the donuts are cold and taste like they were from the day before, but even still, Shipley's has some of the best tasting donuts in and around Colorado Springs. It is as close to homemade tasting as I have been able to get since moving to Colorado. They taste like the homemade donuts from the mom and pop donut shop in my rural hometown in the south.

We were excited to see that Colorado Springs has a Shipley and drove 30 min to get here. The donuts are not quite as good as Shipley in Houston, but still better that what you can get anywhere else.
