My family and I order Shipley's off and on and they've always gotten the order right. Well, one day came and the order was incorrect and they went out of their way to correct it and even threw in some extras. Honestly, mistakes happen! But they were all so sweet. We will keep on buying food from here. Not to mention, it's always fresh. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

I was sad when the old Shipley's closed. For some reason, I only heard about this new location at Park and 75 yesterday. Their sign on 75 is somewhat small, so I never saw it. This morning, I got in line. It moved pretty quickly. The team behind the counter was smiling and hustling. Then, I received my "fix" of Shipley's and it was GREAT! The glazed donuts were still hot! When the old Shipley's closed, I had to try other wannabe donut shops, but they didn't measure up and some had high prices. I expected similar pricing, but was surprised that this location is aggressively priced. That made me even happier. I'll be back for sure!
