Best donuts in Lynchburg. I started eating Shirley’s donut over 65 years ago. It has always been the best yeast donut.

Great food, great service. I’ve had a variety of donuts and kolaches, and it is all good. I placed a mobile order very soon after this location opened, and they were out of something I ordered, and I needed to be refunded. Jody the owner went above and beyond to personally reach out to me and make it right. Buddy was very helpful and kind in the store as well. Customer service isn’t about being perfect all the time, it’s about making it right if there is an issue and they did more than that! Highly recommend!

I stumbled across this place while visiting Lynchburg and it was a pleasant surprise! Incredibly friendly staff, fresh donuts, and great prices. Don’t waste your time with the gas station or the national donut shop down the street. This is a must stop.

So glad to see this new donut spot in town! Their lemon donut is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—bright, flavorful, and perfectly tart. I wanted to try the Bavarian cream, but they were sold out (which says a lot!), so I’ll definitely be back for that. The cold brew was surprisingly good and a nice balance to the sweetness of the donuts. Fair warning: these donuts are very sweet, but if that’s your thing, you’ll be in heaven. I’m also looking forward to coming back and trying their kolaches!

Placed a mobile order on the app, the app was easy to use and convenient. The store was slightly busy when I arrived but everything was ready and still warm, the employees were all friendly and welcoming. I wanted a maple donut but the app said they were out of stock, when I arrived they had put a fresh tray out so I ordered a single at the register and the employee immediately went and grabbed it and gave it to me. The donuts all were delicious, soft and fresh. I have no complaints and will definitely be back!
